"Dr Munoz is fine, it's his staff. The girl in the scrubs is officious, condescending, and at times, rude. I originally started seeing Dr Ivanov when I brought my Mother-in-Law to her appointments. I have diabetes and found I could get my toenails attended to. I received a bill for a very small amount and it was marked 30 days overdue. "ZERO STARS! A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT and sense of urgency for patients. Four weeks ago, I paid for an office visit, then paid for an MRI the next day. FOUR weeks today and despite repeated calls to his office, I've yet to hear back from Dr. Munoz for diagnosis and treatment for a painful fibroma. I've found another doctor. What a shame, I've NEVER gone to a doctor who never followed up with treatment. ..."
