"When I arrived at the Riverside Pulmonary Office on Sawmill Rd, I paid for my Visit, filled out the appropriate requested forms. I visited today with DR Ko. He was Pleasant and professional, we discussed my case. My Problem started when I was getting ready to leave the Tech came back in, gave me my net appointment and said that I had a previous balance of $216.92. I asked how? I said I pay when I arrive at any Doctors appointment. She checked her records and said that it was for 2 previous office appointments. She went on to say that my account was in collections. I gave her my card and told her that next time they should collect the fee up front. She ran my card, and then said she did not appreciate the way I took my receipt and my attitude. I told her that all I did was say that they should have collected the fee up front. She said that I had grabbed the receipt. out of her hand. I will admit that I am old and gruff, but I will not have someone tell me I did something ...
I did not. I told her to cancel my future appointment, and ask that she have DR Ko call me so we could discuss this before I listed this negative review. The name on the receipt is Rhonda Tabor, but I do not know if that was the name of the person that ran my card. I would not recommend this office. "
