"This goes back almost two years. I have moved on but have not forgotten this doctor. I doubt his attitude has changed and still wonder how a second surgery was done so quickly. Dr. Hussang is arrogant and does things on HIS time. He also talks down to people. He made us wait days on several occasions simply to read a scan. I feel he is competent. He did release my wife when she had a elevated white count and she later had to have a second surgery and passed. He said before the second surgery "limited risk". She passed due to septic shock which of course he took no blame for. In reality, the infection never was properly treated. How does a hospital release someone to rehab with a 19 WBC? How does a DR. authorize that? How do they take her off antibiotics without seeing how she reacts before releasing her? I fully understand she had a compromised immune system but this doctor is not the one anyone would want. AVOID! One star only b/c I can’t do zero"
