"My daughter goes for a dental cleaning, gets pressured for dental xrays which we don't do as a defacto standard. My daughter states she has to call her father for approval, the technician makes a very nasty remark to her. Yes, over dental xrays! My daughter breaks down and cries, uncontrollably. The technician then tells her an outright lie that "her father" has approved the xrays (never happened). Daughter cannot regain her composure, Doctor Denise never apologizes or the like. Daughter leaves still in tears. That was a week or so ago. So I had an upcoming visit. I was not going to bring the event up, was willing to let it go, however, I get a call from their office stating they cannot honor my appointment. What do you all think? If you were the doctor would you not at least apologize? I have been very disappointed by this. "
