"I was coming here for awhile that’s until the snobby office staff had something to say about my autistic son being there they told me to have a baby sitter for him next time because he was hyper. Your reviews say it all you need to work on the customer service in here or don’t work with people at all. This should be a welcoming kid friendly dentist office you should all be ashamed of yourself. "

"My family has been going to this office for many years. Have to say first time I have to say other then dr Brown and the receptionist they are all very ignorant and rude. All in all I like the office

"I have liked going to this place but today was our last visit. They usually take the kids back alone. Today my son needed to have a tooth out. I heard him scream and cry from the waiting room so I went back and I walk into the doctor telling him to stop crying because it's annoying. As far as I know they hadn't given him anything before they took the tooth out. Normally you would have to sign something. And to tell a kid to stop crying over having a tooth pulled out because the sound is annoying to a dentist who chose to work with kids? Ridiculous.

"Everyone is very friendly...they made my daughter feel really comfortable...even though my daughter was upset...it was not them...she just was traumatized from her experience from the last dental office she was a patient at...she was not mad at them although she was upset because she would talk and answer questions....its just an overall good energy at the office and i am definitely going to continue with this dental office as long as i am in the area

"GREAT AS USUAL!!!!!!!!!!!! All of my questions were answered by Dr. Brown and my dental hygienist that were asked. IT IS GREATLY REASSURING WITH KNOWING THAT I COULD CONTACT THEM AT ANY TIME IF I HAVE A QUESTION THAT I FEEL LIKE IT WOULD BE IMPORTANT TO BE ANSWERED AT THAT TIME INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR MY NEXT VISIT!!!!!!!!!!!!

"One of my Twins has Aspergers and ADHD, Even at 19 yrs old he was so excited to walk out of there today with a Ring he chose from the toy box and it makes me happy to know that no one there makes fun of him for that or tells him he is too old. Thank you!!

"My daughter had to have some dental work done. The office staff was kind. The dental assistant was as well. We have been coming here for at least 5 years, and the last few visits Doctor Brown doesn’t look or speak much. He spoke to my child and talked her through everything, because she was scared, and I did (100%) appreciate that. However, while waiting he didn’t say hi, or talk about anything to anyone. I understand he’s there for my child, but I’ve had doctors chat about dental health, after care, etc...He watched the tv directly overhead instead of a hello. He was also agitated with his assistant. After he was done he took his gloves off and walked out. No talking. I’m disappointed to say the least. No follow up care was given. I called the office staff and she was kind to give it. I like to give positive feedback, but I cannot give it when it’s not deserved overall. Care for my child would have been a 4 but his demeanor really didn’t make it a great experience.
