"The appointment was horrible First the doctor had his mask down he goes it slipped down then a second time his mask was down. The person behind the desk had her mask down just to write something down which was not needed when you don't need your mask off to write something. Then another employee had her mask down. On top of that i was handed a script to get glasses but no one could explain why i needed them. I would highly suggest you stay away from this office!!!!!"
