I moved from Boston to Los Angeles to do my residency, but fell in love with the sunny weather and made Southern California my home for good. I was born in Iran and came to the states at the age of 14. I attended the University of California, Davis for undergraduate studies in chemical engineering and Tufts University for medical school.
