"My first and only visit was great. Dr. Rawl then did an Endoscopy and everything has been downhill since. No follow-up appointment. About 4 days after procedure I started having problems with vomiting . I called office and sent a MyChart message. I was told her first available appointment was 3 months away. I said that was unacceptable. I was given appointment with NP. Np saw me 2 weeks later, meanwhile I am throwing up for 2 to 7 hours after eating just about anything and we are talking a tablespoon roughly. She ordered a barium swallow test which I was suppose to be called and given an appointment. I send a MyChart message as instructed since it had been a week and no appointment. Two days later and no response to message and no appointment. Called office today to be told PA don't have extensions to transfer to. Put call to someone else who put me to nurse for Dr. Rawl. She told me she would give message to the scheduler who would call me with number to make my own appointment. ...
She told me patients are told this. I told her I wasn't. given this option or number to call. She said much faster if I made own appointment. I was called with number to call and I called and made an appointment. Was told that NP had put on order ASAP. I am frustrated, angry.weak.exhausted and hungry. My diet consist of mainly white rice and green beans and sometimes that makes me sick. I have lost quite a bit of weight which I have staed how much on my messages. This has been going on for month. I have sent message after message explaining exactly what I am going through. Some aren't answered most take 2 days to answer. I can call at 8:00 am and not be called for hours later. I have a primary care dr, cardiologist, rheumatologist, oncologist and if I message or call them, I have a call back or message within an hour and numerous times less than 30 minutes. I would not recommend this office and sorry that my primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Rawl. "
