Dr. Rebecca L. Perkins Sheehan, DDS

Rebecca Perkins DMD MMSc Dr. Rebecca Perkins comes from a family of dentists. Her father and both of her sisters are all dentists. Dr. Perkins was born in Boston, but grew up in New Jersey. She attended Princeton University and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in American History. After college, Dr. Perkins attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and graduated cum laude winning the award for excellence in clinical dentistry. She remained at Harvard for 3 years to specialize in prosthodontics which focuses on full mouth reconstruction, implants, and esthetic dentistry. She also taught Harvard dental students in the classroom and clinical setting. Dr. Perkins joined Belmont Family Dentistry in 2004. At home, Dr. Perkins looks forward to time with her husband and three children, Jack, Tom and Cate. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis and snowboarding.
