"While the doctor herself is great, her staff leaves much to be desired. I made an appointment for an annual physical. At the time I made the appointment I asked if they would be doing blood work in the office and was told yes. About 15 minutes prior to the appointment I got a phone call and was told my appointment was virtual. That had never been communicated to me prior to then. They have a means to text me, email me or call me, none of which happened. I don't personally think that an annual physical can be done virtually, as there is no means to take blood pressure, and see physical conditions that may occur. I am very disappointed with the staff there and feel like they were trying to short-cut my health with a virtual appointment. I did reschedule with another doctor in a few weeks at the same office. "
