We have the greatest front desk staff and back office staff. Many many times in life when we witness success it is the byproduct of the people around us. Contemporary culture loves to adore the leader of the group but it's the group that makes the leader. I try in our amazing practice to set a vision and expand our horizons into arenas of medicine and also other areas of childhood and adolescent issues. To create a practice of integration requires continued research and understanding of what has remained consistent and true in our therapies over time. There will always be a new drug, device, surgical technique, etc that will come out but we must be slow and cautious as we navigate through the treacherous waters of technology. We continue to strive in the practice to use technology but to keep it as simple as possible and provide a backdrop of education, not only into medical issues but also the utilization of technology. Lastly and most importantly, our practice is driven and led by health providers. We make the decisions. This practice is built on respecting the patient physician relationship. There is no bottom line to make or number of patients that must be seen a day. The revenue in our practice is used to hire the best physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical technicians, front office staff and support. Here, you have to see patients to get a paycheck. This is a not a top heavy executive business driven practice. We are healthcare providers who control and influence the direction of pediatric care.
