"Waited in waiting room for an hour. Waiting outside the treatment room for 45 minutes. Went in with my street clothes on, was told to pull down my pants, injected me with numbing meds that didn’t work because they didn’t wait for them to work…..and proceeded to JAM the needle into me. I never had such horrific pain in my life even birthing two children with no pain meds. I would NEVER go to this ..."
