"HORRIBLE!!! I went for my scheduled and confirmed appointment and was told I canceled appointment which I did NOT. Manager and receptionist where extremely rude and refused to reschedule my appointment. I felt discriminated against due to Spanish speaking only patient."

" Condition worsening by the week, and quality of life rapidly decreasing. Hasn't come to any diagnosis after months. Gets "offended" when you make suggestions. Downplays your pain. Tells receptionist "it's ok to double book. It will be quick." for future appointments. Does not take time to listen. HE wants to be heard, instead of hearing YOU. Has been EXTREMELY useless, and done bare minimum. ..."
