"I have been trying to get in with this doctor since May. Just moved to the area and didn’t have a doctor. At the time had a severe case of shingles in my face. There were no exceptions for the wait for a new patient visit. My appt was scheduled for November. I just recently switched jobs and my new insurance won’t kick in until the week after my scheduled appt. To reschedule my appt, I can’t be seen until February. They won’t differ any testing until after my insurance kicks in and will only say there is a deposit of $125 toward services to pay out of pocket that will be used toward the visit total, but can’t provide any range of cost. They were not interested in being helpful or making any additional adjustments on dates being offered. This isn’t patient care. "
