"My complaint is about the staff. My daughter is disabled with very bad eye vision. I went to this office back in October and the first visit was great, dr. Bloom was wonderful and really cared about my daughter vision. My daughter broke her glasses in January for the first time I was given a loaner until the new pair was ready unfortunately the loaner broke then the new ones broke too. I knew one pair was covered and was fully prepared to pay for 2 additional ones with her own frames at this point because they were thicker and I knew the ones they had was gonna break again me and my daughter are heavy handed . That lady Nicole was horrible. She stated the glasses were mishandled and all this unnecessary conversation, when honestly they weren’t mishandled I was cleaning the new pair and they broke and even if they were mishandled I paid for her glasses without insurance and I was ready to pay again they were not free. I’m guessing this weird lady was assuming I wanted to be covered under ...
a warranty something I never asked not one time. I offered to pay from the beginning. I tried to complain and the office acted as if they were gonna help but instead I guess sided with this rude outspoken employee that blamed a special needs child for the glasses breaking . I got fed up and said you know what the glasses I dropped off I’m coming to get along with a prescription to get them filled somewhere else. They played games so I went to the office and the lady Nicole and another employee was leaving, so I said excuse me where is my daughter glasses Nicole flat out lied and said somebody was coming to speak to me but when I went in nobody was there, a few seconds later the other employee that was with Nicole leaving gave me my baby glasses I said thank you and left. This whole thing was strange, I don’t like confrontation at all but I can go from zero to 100 I’m not a fcking child do not tell me what happened when I told you exactly what happened. How are you mad like you paying for them , just tell me the price I don’t need your opinion on what happened when you wasn’t there like somebody gonna just break glasses how stupid is that, like I got money to waste but my daughter is special needs sht happens. My baby have excellent doctors. People have to stop judging a book by its cover thinking you can say whatever out your mouth to someone because you got your own personal issues you can’t project your bs life on someone cause your mad this is a job and you treat people with respect. I don’t play about my children well being and this office played with my daughter vision. Nicole gonna see god do not play about special needs kids and whomever else in that office that played phone games protecting their whack employee gonna see too. "
