She offers a variety of minimally invasive and robotic assisted cranial and spine surgeries. Dr. Peterson graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in neurobiological sciences at the University of Florida before earning her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She then completed her neurosurgery residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and a fellowship in minimally invasive cranial and skull base surgery at University of Southern California Keck Medical Center. Dr. Peterson provides individualized, compassionate whole-person care to address her patient’s priorities and health goals. In her free time, Dr. Peterson enjoys exploring nature, snowboarding, traveling and spending time with her family.
