"Long time patient and overlooked the long wait times and snarky support staff for years. However, Dr Cresap’s bedside manner was so poor in a recent visit that I am going to switch providers. I was treated in such a condescending manner about a sensitive topic that I had to hold back tears. Love her NP, Casey, and wish Casey’s natural and genuine empathy was modeled by Dr Cresap, as well. "
