"Told me "When I have a female patient I really have two patients. You and your unborn baby" as an excuse to delay anxiety treatment. I was very clear about being childfree. I had no chance of being pregnant and he didn't even ask to test anyways. Sexist and should be ashamed about it. I didn't trust doctors for years after meeting him. Refused cancer screening because "women my age don't get cancer" despite my family history."

"This is a young, cutting edge, extremely capable physician. He’s a doctor who really wants to help his patients. I’m sure you see that all the time in reviews. Not from me i tell the truth. He’s good. Especially for mental health issues for a PCP. See him…he’ll actually LISTEN to you. And very few ppl listen to me so take that for what it’s worth. A LOT."

"Right before I saw Doctor Lu I was in rehab. I told him I wanted to come down off my benzo medication and instead he put me on Klonopin for four months. I wanted to be tapered off a little faster but he kept insisting I take it as a tool to help my anxiety. Now I’m going to another doctor that can actually help taper me off and help me get clean. "

"There's nothing holistic about the care here. All symptoms are met with medication that is meant to be used as tools. I believed this to be a holistic health practice, but it's just like other every primary care office. The doctor wants follow up appointments for nearly every refill and called me in for a follow up just to tell me I have allergies. His philosophy is listening to patients, but not once have I felt listened to. They also raised their price $30 from one month to the next and didn't notify their customers at all. "

"The best experience with a doctor! In all the years I've needed a physician to not only listen but understand me as not only a patient, but as a person and Dr. Lu exceeds expectations. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews since the office just opened in May of 2021, but this does not represent the office at all. All the staff is outstanding and make you feel very well taken care of, simply going above and beyond."

"If you need a physician who can communicate with you in both fluent English and Chinese, then I would highly recommend getting in contact with Dr. Lu and his services! He has genuinely cared about helping us, and will go the extra mile to advocate on our behalf. My parents both have a limited understanding of English, which can make healthcare services intimidating for them. Dr. Lu has always been available to help immediately resolve any confusion about services. When we visited an outpatient care center, he acted as a translator to ensure that my parents and the staff working at the outpatient center both understood each other and ensured we were getting the right treatments. If he had not been there, we would have been charged hundreds of extra dollars for examinations that we did not need. He has helped us save a lot of money this way. His response times on the phone are excellent, unlike other doctors where you might have to wait a long time before the doctor becomes available to ...

"Terrible expirience there with a Physician, he only needs multiple appointments without any reason, can send in only one appointment the referral on specialist or imagen but he doesn't like that way in one appointment, he like multiples appointments, that it's no save money for patients, this lost money in patients per multiples appointments. I will not go there anymore."

"had my first appointment with Dr. Lu last week. He extensively went over my health history and my goals and we talked about a health plan to achieve those goals. I am extremely impressed with his personal attention to my good health. I wish I would of met him fifteen years ago. "

"This was one of the worst Doctors visits I have ever experienced in my 50+ years of existence on this planet. Dr. Lu seemed inpatient, uncaring and short when I went for my annual physical (this was my first and last with him) that I had scheduled months in advance. He seemed annoyed with me from the minute he walked in the room to the 3 minutes later that I was finished with my "so called not even close to a physical exam." Three weeks later and after I had my blood work completed and sent to his office I called to check with him and discuss the results. He wouldn't take my call but his nurse said that he took a look and said "he doesn't see any issues." By far the most unprofessional Dr. I've ever experienced by far! Shelby at the reception area was overly nice and the blonde girl to her right not so much and kind of strange. "
