"My interactions with Dr. Sahgal were unsatisfactory. Dr. Sahgal needs to regard his patients as clients, in my opinion. For instance, they gave me invoices for increased fees in multiple cases when they billed as specialist visits rather than main internal visits. Recently, one of the prescriptions failed to be filled at the pharmacy, and the doctor's office ignored four requests from the pharmacist for further details or to replace the drug with another. Some of the doctor's remarks include "it's a pharmacy and insurance issue," "we didn't come to your house to visit our office," and "you can find another doctor." "
