"I've been seeing Dr. Polina for almost a year and improved tremendously. She's the best psychiatrist I've had (which is saying something because I've seen many). I'm a young, educated working professional, struggling with anxiety and depression. She's tailored medications, supplements, and daily routines for me. She checks in with me more often when I'm low or in the process of changing my medication regimen. She's caring and honest and clear and I highly recommend seeing her. "
