"Our family has been seeing Piper for 7+ years. She is very professional and shows us care and understanding every interaction. My children and I know we are in good hands with MedRx."

Our family has been with Piper for well over 10+years. Both my children, now adults were given the upmost care with an educated intensity to help their needs so they could be happy and successful.
One of the most endearing and often undervalued part of her practice is that she will tell you like it is, there is no sugar coating and I appreciated her questions which challenged both my children as we know medicine doesn’t “fix” the issues surrounding mental illness or autism. Piper would ask, push and listen to each of us before prescribing any medication. With that my daughter now 23, would follow Piper to the ends of the earth to receive such honesty and transparency.
Our son, who was quite young at that time, undiagnosed as autistic until his teens, had severe behavioral challenges. Piper consulted continually with co-Horts to discover his true needs both medically and emotionally. After some time, it was Piper who felt that our son needed more specialized care. She put aside her own ...ego and put our child first. She is the only professional that had the guts to say that we needed to change and helped us get a referral to another psychiatrist.
This year we had an issue after a surgery with our daughter and Piper was right there working hand in hand with both her and her prescriber.
There is no way to put a star value on all the critical care we have gotten thru the years. Her practice thrives because she is committed to her patients, new medical advances and a persistent attitude. If you want someone to just smile and prescribe, then keep scrolling. But if you want honesty, as sometimes the truth hurts, loyal to your cause to be happy and fulfilled, pick Piper and her practice. 10+ stars I’d give if I could!! "Read more

"I started seeing Piper ~8 years ago when she worked for another company. While I have never been big on taking any medication or pills, Piper explained the risks, benefits, and reasons. She made me feel very at ease. She has always listened to everything I had to say, and I usually have a lot to say! I feel so strongly about the way that she has provided me care over the years that I have even switched insurance companies when the original one I had been with was no longer using "contractors" and wanted to do everything "in-house". Whenever I would go to see Piper, I always felt like I was seeing a friend! We would catch up on what had been going on and visit, then get down to business. She has also always supported me in finding the lowest dose possible for the meds that I am on. My long term goal, that she has always FULLY supported, is to be on the lowest dose that works for me. At one point, I had transitioned off of a medication and around 6 weeks in my wife had noticed a ...change that was not positive, she asked me about it (I had not shared that I had transitioned off of anything) and realized that my wife was right. I immediately got ahold of Piper and let her know what was going on,, and she had a prescription sent in for me (at a low dose) that I was able to pick up the same day!
I feel so strongly about the help, kindness, frankness, care, and compassion that Piper provides I recommended that my sister take my young nephew, who has severe ADHD, to see Piper. She has shown my sister and nephew the same care that she has always shown me.
Piper is truly an individual who cares. She has been an ally in my mental health journey that I can never thank enough. "Read more

"Passionate about her practice and patients. Unlike other doctors I’ve had, she takes the time to listen instead of just prescribing and pushing out the door. Nothing but grace and compassion. She was also super helpful with my transition when I had to move. I wish I could have a Piper in every state I live in."

"Piper is the most hostile psych out there. She doesn't care about the patient. All she wants is to prescribe prescribe prescribe. So you have to keep coming back. And if you question why she is prescribing so much- be prepared to face her WRATH.
She should not be allowed to practice because she is simply an aggressive pill pusher. She told me I was bipolar and had ADHD the second time I met with her, which has been denied by all other psychiatrists and therapists since seeing her. This of course led to an excessive medication load. I am writing this review 2 1/2 years after the last time I saw her because that is how long it's taken me to get off of all the meds she pushed on me that I simply didn't need.
There were countless times in the year that I saw her that she would threaten to drop me for no good reason. She finally did drop me after I told her I was looking for a new psychiatrist. She ended up screaming at me because I "don't appreciate everything" she's done for me in the ...past year. I absolutely hated that I felt the need to be careful about what I say, even when describing my symptoms. Otherwise she would lash out on me.
My advice- don't see Piper. That is, unless you want to be ridiculed into taking an ungodly amount of unnecessary medication. "Read more
