"DR PHILLIP MILLER IS VERY WEIRD THAT HE TRIES TAKE PICTURES WTIH CHILDREN. i FEEL DR. MILLER HAS CROSSED THE FINE TAPE LINE BY TAKING PICTURES WITH MY DAUGHTER AND MY CHILDREN. I HAVE REPROTED DR MILLER TO BOARD OF DENTISTRY FOR INVESTIGATION. I FEEL HE HAS THINGS HE DONE WHICH BOTHERS ME TO THIS DATE. DR.
