"Amazing Surgeon. Replaced my left ankle in 2020. No issues. I’m a big guy at 260-lbs. Another surgeon wanted to fuse my ankle. Not Dr. Basile. What a life saver. "

"Dr. Basile's office manager called me on 7/8/22 to tell me my surgery had been cancelled. I committed the crime of asking billing questions, for this MY surgery was cancelled. Please be aware that if the office manager calls you she will scream at you for 3 mins at least . She is the most unprofessional mgr., I have ever seen. I do not think it is against the law to ask billing questions. I filed a report with the president of the hospital and pt. satisfaction dept. This woman should not hold this position of authority, she has no idea how to communicate with pt.'s. She is rude, loud, and did not give me any chance to speak. I worked in the E.R. @Tufts for 20 years this type of behavior would never be tolerated."
