Dr. Reichl then served as a United States Army general dentist in Berlin, Germany, and North Carolina until he entered his orthodontic residency. In 1994 Dr. Reichl received his certificate in orthodontics from the Advanced Education Program in Orthodontics, Fort Knox, Kentucky, and his master of science degree from the University of Louisville. Dr. Reichl is the first orthodontist in Waukesha to be certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and obtain membership in the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Reichl is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Waukesha County Dental …Society, the American Association of Orthodontics, the Midwestern Society of Orthodontists, and the Wisconsin Society of Orthodontics. He has authored publications and has given presentations at local and national dental meetings.
Dr. Reichl’s relaxed, easygoing personality shines through in his love and enthusiasm for his incredible family, his passion for straightening teeth, and his favorite sports including golf, basketball and football. Children and adults soon come to realize the fantastic experience orthodontics can be while under his care, as it quickly becomes obvious they are being treated by someone who genuinely loves what he does! His interest in dentistry was inspired by an older brother who is currently a dental instructor at the University of Georgia. Ironically, his interest to pursue orthodontics started when he was personally treated in his early twenties. It was then he realized the tremendous affect orthodontics can make to one’s self-esteem and smile.
His biggest fans, other than his patients and staff, include his wife, Debbie, a pediatric physical therapist, and their four children, Daniel, Andrew, Kaitlyn, and Madelyn.
