"Gonzalez shot my knee up with cortisone. 3 days later the pain came back and now the pain has migrated to my calf. In pain and limping for the past 2 weeks. Called and left messages FIVE TIMES for him to call back to discuss. No one had the decency to call me back. Terrible!"
