Dr. Percy Colon is a highly experienced and skilled General Cardiologist with a special interest in cardiac diagnostics. He received BS and MS degrees at the University of New Orleans, and his MD from the Louisiana State University. He completed his residency and fellowship at the renowned Alton Ocshner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Colon joined CVA in 1999. He practices general cardiology and treats conditions such as Coronary Artery Disease and Heart Failure among other cardiac disorders. He is skilled in cardiac diagnostics including echocardiography and nuclear stress tests, as well as cardiac catheterization and has been published in many scientific abstracts focusing on diagnostic imaging and testing. Dr. Colon is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, American College of Physicians, American Society of Echocardiography, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and the American Society of Hypertension. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, …Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology.
