Dr. Paul A Teixeira - DrPH, LPIf you are struggling in your relationships at home or work, or find yourself at an impasse and unsure of how to move forward, having a compassionate and caring therapist who is there for you can make a significant difference in navigating those challenges. For some, the decision to seek psychotherapy can be a difficult one. But it is a step towards making a change and seeking a happier and more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I will be an engaged and collaborative partner in your treatment. I work with a wide range of people whose struggles vary, but often boil down to how to feel lighter and less troubled by the problems they encounter going forward in life. Working together to understand how your problems weigh you down, we'll see how to find the solutions, in your voice, that will help you to grow and move forward in life.
