"Dr. Pruett is always in a good mood. I know he sees a lot of patients each day, but he never makes me feel rushed when it’s my turn. He is very thorough and explains issues in a way that’s easy to understand. The office is always clean and well kept. The other staff acts and looks very professional and cheerful. I’ve never had a billing issue - they seem to always bill correctly. Baptist is doing a really good job and is an exemplary office. "

"Dr. Pruett did a Xen Gel Implant 12/19 on my right eye. As of 7/20, the vision is still blurry, my eye stays very red and I have ptosis (drooping eyelid.) the recovery from this surgery was extremely long and painful, likely due to the steroids. Baptist Eye Surgeons in Knoxville is a nightmare, I once waited 3 hours to be seen, with an appointment. I don’t know if my right eye will ever be normal, but I’m not going to subject my left eye to this treatment, although Dr. Pruett recommended it."
