Paul C. Peracchio DMD
Dr. Peracchio graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut, Cum Laude, in 1983 and the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1987. He completed a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital of St. Raphael/Yale University in 1991. In addition to his degree with honors, he is a member of the Alpha Delta Honor Society and has earned the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Award for Outstanding Achievements. Dr. Peracchio achieved Board Certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery on March 15, 1993. Dr. Peracchio has attended many conferences and courses on “Rigid Fixation in Orthognathic Surgery†and “Trauma, Guided Tissue Regeneration and Implants,†and most recently a TMJ meeting discussing national trends in treatment. He has given lectures on “Temporomandibular Diagnosis and Management,†and Trauma and Implants.†He is currently a staff member at Manchester Memorial …Hospital and Rockville General Hospital. Dr. Peracchio is President of the Manchester Dental Society. He is actively involved in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Connecticut Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, Tolland County Dental Society, and Eastern Connecticut Dental Study Club. Dr. Peracchio resides in Bolton with is wife, Elizabeth, daughter Alyssa, and son, Nicholas. He is an avid mountain biker, skier and golfer.
