"Dentist Jason Mann now heads the Walmart Dental and its run horribly. I had a terrible experience. I had two root canals treated by Henry Nguyen at the Cartersville, GA location. He rushed through tooth # 5 because I was in so much pain and here it is three months later and I still don't have the crown on either tooth because tooth # 5 is still sensitive to the touch and no other Walmart dentist will work on my mouth because they don't want to be involved in a job Henry Nguyen started. Now the buildup for tooth # 12 has broken down. The dentists at the Walmart Dental McDonough, GA office (Kimberly Fowler and Jaqueline Gilkey) refused to touch my mouth after five visits to that location. (I had moved to the McDonough, GA location because the Cartersville, GA location was 130 miles from me and McDonough was much closer). The dentists never would be honest and upfront and tell me they were uncomfortable doing the job because it was started by Henry Nguyen, had some issue with tooth 5, and ...
involved difficult procedures so they decided to lie and keep lieing to me. Setting me for five different appts that I showed up to and they would only take xrays and send me home to 'wait'. I've burned a lot of gas and expensed a lot of time to have nothing done. This dentist, Dr. Jason Mann or Jason Paul Mann, is over BOTH offices. He's the head dentist. He is not running the Walmart Dental offices efficiently. No one should be treated this way. Today was the final straw. I went again to the McDonough, GA office thinking I would get the crown on 12 and have the filling on the bottom tooth which has a large hole and they said they would only do a deep cleaning. My teeth are breaking down. I am in PAIN. I've gone months eating on the filling inside the tooth without the crown and because the dentist Jaqueline Gilkey is so uncomfortable doing the more complex procedures she's decided to skip them and do a cleaning? On teeth that are crumbling? Nothing makes sense. This dentist needs to be fired by Walmart. In fact, they ALL should be fired. Walmart evidently pays its dentists a salary and they have little oversight and any kind of job that is difficult they will refuse to do. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
