"If there were negative stars, I would use those. Receptionist, ‘Tara’, (in jeans, t-shirt, and dirty, greasy hair) was extremely unprofessional and RUDE. My husband made the appointment, and he was told they would follow-up in regard to insurance, cost, appointment confirmation, etc. None of those things EVER happened (they only had three weeks to complete those tasks, after all). Upon arrival, we were told that we'd have to pay full price for visits until our deductible was met (not what we were told by the insurance co.) When I repeated what she said, she told me that was not what she said, then quoted a completely different cost. She called “her insurance person” ON HER CELL PHONE, then shoved the phone at my husband so he could speak to the ill-informed person on the other end. She also said she called my husband the day before to confirm the appointment, and when I showed her his phone – that fact that there was NOT CALL from her the day before, she pretty much accused me of being ...
a liar (evidently his phone log is a liar too), and pointed at her computer (which I could not see) and said: “IT’S NOTATED RIGHT HERE”. She kept telling me at the top of her voice: "I'M TRYING TO HELP YOU MA'AM" – which she clearly was not – she just needed to be RIGHT - when it became clear that I was upset. So, we had to pay the $25 cancellation fee, for her ineptitude. Extortion at its finest. If she's any representation of the type of care we'd receive there (hostile) - indifferent at best - then no thank you anyway. "
