Cottone is a Board Certified Orthodontist.  He provides braces for children and adults as well as early intervention for young children.  Dr. Cottone retired with 20 years of service from the U.S. Army in 1998.  He completed orthodontic training and a master's degree at Fort Knox, Kentucky and the University of Louisville.  His last four years at Ft. Bragg had a heavy concentration of surgical adult orthodontics. At Fort Bragg, Dr. Cottone served as the mentor in orthodontics for the two-year general dentistry residency program. He has received numerous military awards and citations for his dentistry. Dr. Cottone is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association and the Chamber of …Commerce.
