"Dr. Patrick Rowan is highly condescending and does not accept diversity and inclusion, especially in evidence-based health outcomes. I am unsure how he is still in business. Being in a customer-centric and patient-centric company myself for 14+ years, I haven't encountered such a doctor with such a lousy bedside manner and unprofessional behavior, and he is in behavioral health. "Poor bedside manners and no diverse perspectives, and doesn't like to accept disagreements with evidence. He does not want to be challenged on his opinions. Also, loose regulations such as HIPAA violations so worries me about privacy as a patient in our households. The politicization of healthcare is dangerous with a non-inclusive mindset of diverse cultures and backgrounds."
