"I'm not sure why anyone would give this doctor a less than 5 star rating. He was kind, through and came up with a plan for me upon my first visit. I left feeling that I am in capable hands and that he has my best interest in mind. I was nervous to see him based on the bad reviews but I am very happy to continue seeing him. Healthcare in Santa Fe is not easy, many clinics are understaffed but this should not reflect on the doctors that are trying to make a positive impact on the city and the patients they serve. I would recommend this doctor. "

"Dr. Tridevi does not respond to messages within 48 hours. If you have a question or need a prescription, and call his staff, they will say 'he has 48 hours to respond to this message, but I marked it as urgent.' Then if you call back 2 days later, they will put another urgent message in the system, which will never ever be responded to. We eventually were able to find a different doctor, but please be warned. He might be fine for a one stop kind of thing, like a yearly physical, but if you need medications, or if you have any ongoing medical issue, he doesn't get back to you. "

"No. I went to see him with my wife. Neither one of us knew what to do with him. He was all over the place. He told us that he couldn't find anything wrong with me, but I should make an appointment to come back in two weeks so we did. When we came back two weeks later, he didn't know who I was or my wife. We reminded him that we've been there two weeks earlier, he told us to come back. Then he appeared to remember us, but he did not, and he examined me again, and told me he couldn't find anything wrong. With that my wife and I looked at each other, and we told him we were leaving. And we did and we would never go back. "

"I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Trivedi as my primary care doctor. He listens very carefully, is very personable, upbeat and friendly. He is very thorough and takes his time examining my heart, lungs etc and asks very specific questions about my health. I highly recommend him to whomever is looking for a primary care doctor."

"Really, really really bad. He acted like a clown and joked about how bad I felt and did nothing to help me. I left just as sick as I had arrived, and I ended up going to the emergency room because he told me to, and he was absolutely no help. I would never go back to see him never ever."
