"Very good doctor, very thorough but the WORST office in New York Presbyterian hospital. You cannot get through to the staff, nobody ever answers the phone and voicemails are ignored. The online chart with info about appointments or requests for medication refills is completely ignored, a negligence that puts any patient in a life threatening situation. I'm getting another doctor, can't risk having a coronary every time I need to contact this office."

"Her demeanor was ice cold. She was brusque. Disinterested. She never even properly examined me, sitting several feet away from during our first (and only!) appointment, which consisted only of a ten minute chat. She barely listened, and was dismissive of my concerns. Then it took her roughly a month to reply to my multiple phone and web messages in re. my test results, when she washed her hands of me with an extremely curt message declaring the results were normal, goodbye. No interest in the fact that I was still ill and suffering. Why do some people even become doctors? The worst experience with a medical professional that I can recall over my lifetime. There are so many excellent endocrinologists in this city. Spare yourself this awful, awful person. "
