Dr. Owen Johnson is a local to the Georgetown community where he has been serving his patients for the past 14 years at Indigo Vision Center. He is the son of Larry and Faye Johnson and the grandson of Doris Johnson and the late Winford Johnson, Manuel Cannon and Sarah Cannon. Dr. Johnson is a 1998 graduate from the University of Georgia. He continued his education at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. He graduated with honors in Doctorate studies, specializing in diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts. Dr. Johnson owns Indigo Vision Center. He is married to Mrs. Jennifer Johnson and they have 3 children, Cannon, Wyatt and Reese. He and his family are members of Duncan United Methodist church. He is involved in American Optometric Association, South Carolina Optometric Physician Association, Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and works with the Lions club and Smith Medical clinic.
