"My experience with Dr. Farronay, his staff, as well as his daughter Caroline who does memory testing, has been a mixed bag. While he has a calm and nice demeanor, his exams are quite superficial. I had to wait a very long time to see him last go around. Also, his staff was very confused about what insurance they take. His daughter does memory testing. I was scheduled for a follow-up twice. She canceled the same day twice as she was "sick". This is unacceptable. I will no longer use either of them."

"Reading some past reviews, I am positive they must be talking about someone other than the Doctor Farronay that I am treated by! He is the nicest, most professional, caring doctor I have been to in the 6 states I have lived in. He listens carefully and keeps in touch to see if you are improving, I think he’s the best! Also, have NEVER had any problem with Rosa or any staff member, They are all great!"
