"If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. I cannot express how angry and upset I was today after seeing Dr. Bem. In my 42 years, I have never had such a terrible healthcare experience. Dr. Bem was rude, cold, and made me feel like I had done everything wrong. She pretty much told me that my personal life such as my work and family were not her concern and she was simply there to treat the illness. She also told me that the medicines I took to relieve the symptoms, medicine recommended by many doctors in the past, were wrong because it messed up “her” sample. She also listed the many diagnoses she had that day which were more important than mine in an attempt to explain the long wait time (which I didn’t complain about). She did acknowledge that I was clearly upset but made no attempt to make anything better and at the end of our session she awkwardly walked out of the room without any normal closure to the appointment. "She was very rude. At some point in my conversation I asked her : ' so you're fairly confident that what I have is viral?' and she responded with ' I'm not a God.' That's just unnecessarily rude, when all I was doing was seeking reassurance regarding what brought me in to see her."
