"I had a horrible experience with Dr. Yousif and office. I arrived 10-15 minutes earlier than my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork and I didn't expect to be called back anytime before my scheduled appointment or few minutes after because that is normal. The technician called me back about 15 minutes after my appointment, which was understandable, and took X-rays of my teeth. After my X-rays were taken, I was sitting in the exam room seat for approximately 1.5 hours before anyone came to check on me. Finally, Dr. Yousif came in and briefly explained my X-rays and then told me that she had another patient and it will be an additional 15 minutes before my cleaning. At this point, I was very disappointed and nervous because I had other doctor's appointments scheduled that day; however, I did wait. Dr. Yousif didn't come back to clean my teeth until 30 minutes later and then she rushed through my cleaning, extremely aggressively after telling me I had very nice teeth so I did not ...
