"Do not go to this place for testing, period. We brought our daughter here in June 2020 and Dr. Nicole Anderson tested her for Dyslexia and ADHD. We were told beforehand that they didn't deal with insurance and that we had to pre-pay for testing. However, we were told we would get a super bill with diagnosis codes that we could turn for reimbursement with our insurance. We even verified with our insurance company the process for doing this prior to testing so that we would know exactly what would be covered and what would not. Unfortunately, Dr. Nicole Anderson refuses to provide us with a proper super bills with the correct diagnosis codes so that we can get reimbursed. We spent almost $1700 and while we knew we would not get back much, we hoped to get back around $500. Dr. Nicole Anderson will only bill under the diagnosis of Dyslexia as a learning disability even through ADHD and all related testing done for it is supposed to be billed under a different diagnosis code. Our insurance ...
company has bent over backwards trying to help us get paid for an out of network charge and even offered to have a conference call with her so they could correct the issue. Dr. Nicole Anderson refuses to talk with them and refuses to give a new super bill with the correct diagnosis and testing codes. When we expressed our frustration about not getting the correct billing to Branda, the office manager, she said that to change the current super bill or to give us 2 super bills with the testing broken out would be insurance fraud. Our insurance company is baffled at that assessment. Now we are out of pocket for all testing done. If you need to have your child tested, beware of this place and do not take your child here unless you have the money to pay for it out of pocket. We are beyond frustrated with the lack of healthcare knowledge and simple professionalism shown here. Bottom line, if they cannot understand how to fill out a simple insurance super bill correctly, can you really trust them to test and assess your child correctly? If you ask me, the answer to that is no. "
