"I think Dr. Gorrepati may be a good doctor but his office staff are completely and totally incompetent. They do not return calls in a reasonable amount of time...if at all. His surgery scheduler screwed up scheduling my procedure twice and never returned any of my calls. I was sent to a lab for various tests prior to the procedure only everything I was told to do was wrong. I had to start over with the correct materials. When I called his office the day before the procedure I couldn't get them to give me a time when it was going to be done so I told them to cancel. Of course they did not. I received a call from the hospital this morning wondering where I was. After I explained to them what happened they were not surprised as this seems to be the norm from his office. Now I get to look for another doctor to start this process all over again. Beware."
