Nathan Kurtz, MD

Dr. Nathan Kurtz, a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, joined Community Spine Center in 2015 and serves patients in the north office. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Indianapolis. Dr. Kurtz received his undergraduate degree from Goshen College, Goshen Indiana. Dr. Kurtz is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and American Medical Association. During his free time he enjoys gardening, pottery, drawing, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
