"I was a new patient Aug 2024 and went to meet her for some labs and some health concerns I was experiencing. Once I received my labs back some values came back as abnormal. I was a concerned and wanted to discuss them with Dr, so I called and asked for a call back 4 X times no one has called me. Not even the MA to say she will be contacting you, or we have received your message and will be contacting you shortly. VERY disappointed with the care I have received, and I will not be going back to her for any other concerns I have switched doctors. I have never not had a doctor not call back when I had a question."

"New patient. Was mislead into making an appointment for a teledoc video call and also an in person visit two weeks apart. The office did not inform me that teledoc was optional but insisted it was part of the new patient process. They charged me $300 for a 5 min video call. All concerns could have been addressed in the in person visit two weeks later (which I ended up cancelling due to incompetence of the front office). Her staff apologized for the mistake but still forced me to pay the full $300 for a 5 min video call. Entire ordeal took over 6 hours on the phone with no resolution (only an apology) but still forced to pay for absolutely nothing! Will no longer see any physician part of the providence group."
