"Since moving to Michigan recently, I had to find new doctors, including a new Cardiologist, and I happened to find Dr Palanichamy from a new co worker. I could not be happier. I have only seen her 4 times since moving here just over a year ago, but each and every time I see her, she makes me just feel better, calmer. She "teaches" me about my condition and makes sure I understand everything, answers all of my questions and fears. I love her staff, Carrie, she is a whirlwind in there and always so upbeat. I highly recommend Dr Palanichamy to everyone."

"My GP said I needed to see a cardiologist after some tests revealed that there seemed to be some issues. They sent me to Dr. Palanichamy. I made my appt and gave them some history over the phone. On my first (and only) visit the doctor seemed to not know why I was there or who sent me. They didn't have my test results. While we were waiting to get the results we went over history, my symptoms and the medications I am currently on. I gave her a detailed typed up sheet with dates, times, how long symptoms occur and other details. She wanted to schedule a stress test and change my medication. Since they didn't receive the test results while I was there, she said she would call in the medication and when she got the results of the previous testing I had done. The next day I called my other doctor to have them resend the results from the testing and then called Dr. P's office the next day to make sure they had received the results. been a week. The new medication wasn't called in either. Since communication doesn't seem to be important to them, I called to cancel the future appointments I had scheduled. When I told them I wanted to cancel and not reschedule, they said thanks and hung up on me. They didn't even ask for my name. I tried calling back to make sure they actually cancelled them so that I would not be charged for a missed appointment and they sent me right to voicemail. I would have loved to work out what the issue might have been, but they didn't seem interested in trying. "
