"I've went to Spradlin since I was 2 years old. I'm 32 now and my niece started to attend here. Missed two appointments because of Covid and weather. They said because we didn't call, they can't reschedule her. I understand making cutoffs, but this is ridiculous. Over 20 years of attending this dentistry and because of 2 no shows they refuse to ever see my 9 year old niece in their office again. I guess 2 missed appointments negates over 20 years of appointments and loyalty from me and my sister. My parents paid cash for both of our braces in our teens. This office has received tons of money from our insurance. And 2 missed appointments, we are never allowed to go there again. The dental hygienists that saw me grow up and Dr. Spradlin were like family. You don't deserve to work under the Spradlin name. Just a huge disappointment and hurt, honestly."
