"Was assigned her through Kaiser when my baby was born. She listened in the well baby follow up for her 2 months but when I asked for dosage on the infant Tylenol she told me she’d put it on the paperwork. Well it wasn’t there and the Kp.org was never updated with the the overview of the appointment. Had to call the nurses hotline to get dosage. Going forward I went her a message about my baby being constipated which at 2 1/2 months is not normal at all and she never got back to me. Had to call the nurse hot line again. Then a week later was in the ER with her for a high fever. The ER doctor told me that her primary will be following up. She never did so once again I sent a message and still no response. Idk if it’s a disconnect with the nurses or something but I’ve never had this problem before"
