"Dr Naeem is a nice person, but his staff is notoriously terrible at their jobs. Getting a call back or getting an Rx filled is like finding a unicorn - you just know it's never gonna happen. "

"I only visited once. I didn’t receive half of my prescriptions I was told I would get. The other half didn’t get to me until 6 weeks later due to the pharmacy out of town he uses. The shot prescribed is not working. I’ve been calling multiple times to schedule an appointment and have not received a call back. "

"At first i felt like he was on top of my care. Now that the pressure and fluid is getting worse in my head and im starting to get blurry vision in my right eye i feel like nothing is being done and i have been told twice that i would get a telehealth call and never did. I am searching for a different Dr. Mismanaged care here."

"My family member is a fairly new patient, so we can’t tell yet if his treatment is successful. But we can tell you that his office is ridiculously difficult to reach by phone, for refills or appointments. No one answers, or the recording has not been updated, or the “mailbox is full” - it’s always a problem. This experience has been very stressful for us. Would not recommend for that reason. "

"Dr Naeem is very personable and friendly. He does not look over the details of the patients problem and tends to approach from trial and error. I have been seeing him for two years or more and have no advancement in my problem. When he says that he will do something, nothing gets done. I had to push for a change of supplier for sleep apnea and never received the service that I expected on it. He does accept Medicare but refuses to do anything."
