"The issues are not with the doctor himself, but his staff. Seems he is unable to choose valuable members of society to complete the work necessary. I have a child who has been going to his office for years and there ALWAYS are issues with completing authorizations. I call multiple times for his staff to send the authorization to the pharmacy and they say it is "completed" and it never is. My child has gone multiple days without his medication and recently had "withdrawal" symptoms for their lack of care. How ridiculous! My child literally did not deserve this treatment and having to go to the emergency department to be able to get a five day supply of his medications. I will be filing a complaint with the PA Department of State as this is unacceptable treatment. His staff also is VERY RUDE and will get an attitude for simply asking a question. I would not recommend anyone to go to this practice unless his clears his office "staff". "
