"I picked this particular practice because 2 friends told me the PA (not the doctor) was "Amazing!" I had to wait 3 months for my first appointment (February, 2020). When I arrived, I found out I had been assigned to the NP, not the PA. When I inquired about switching to the PA, I was told, "That's not allowed." During my first appointment, after some time of them talking to me & me talking to them, including questions on both sides, the doctor & the NP started saying things like, "We don't have time for that." or "We're running out of time." So I don't get the information & care I need because someone didn't schedule enough time for my first visit? When I went to the scheduling window to set up my second appointment, I requested an appointment at 4:15 or after; their website says the office is open 3 nights/week until 5:00 & 1 night/week until 7:00. I was told they have no late appointments available & was given an afternoon appointment. I found out late yesterday that I needed to change ...that appointment. I called today, requested an appointment change, and asked for an appointment at 4:15 or later. Again I was told there were no appointments available for that late in the day. I was then given an appointment, (For my 2nd visit!) in April! When I made the suggestion to the scheduling person that she might want to inform the doctor that I had just been scheduled for my 2nd visit in April, she quickly found me an appointment first thing in the morning at the end of February. Although the doctor & NP were professional & reasonably friendly, I am not impressed. If I could give them a 1.5 overall rating, I would. "Read more
