"She is quick to judge, horrible bedside manner, and takes no time to get to know the patient or their medical history. She's quick to dismiss any new symptoms even though they should be cause for concern. I've dealt with heart problems since I was 16, now 37. Three years I've spent under her "care" and I've never felt worse. I've even been hospitalized due to her and her team's negligence. "

"My husband was so severely injured during a TEE probe insertion while a patient of Monica Lo’s that he lost his esophagus. Monica Lo has consistently denied any role in/knowledge of a difficult TEE probe insertion. The medical record and sworn testimony of three witnesses say otherwise. The witnesses say Monica Lo DID the probe insertion. I do not recommend this practitioner."

"Do not go to this doctor. I am not qualified to speak to her technical skills. I can only speak to the persona of someone you need to do a procedure that will impact your life and having a most likely lifetime relationship of follow up appointments. I will not go into the details but professionalism with her and staff are lacking to the point as other posters have noted will mock you if you ask ..."
